Jessica Jaing | '25
Co-Chief Executive Officer
Jessica Jaing is a junior majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Applied Analytics. She is from Livermore, CA, and is interested in pursuing a career in financial risk advisory sector as well as project/product management.
Jessica has previously interned at Sandia National Laboratories as an undergraduate business intern. On campus, she is also part of the leadership team of the Business Technology Group, Impact Investing Group, and Marshall Outreach Volunteer Entrepreneurs.
In her free time, Jessica loves painting, playing tennis and video games, and hiking!
Mimi Adams | '26
Co-Chief Executive Officer
Mimi Adams is a sophomore majoring in Business Administration (Real Estate Finance) with a minor in Real Estate Development. She is from Newton, MA and is interested in pursuing a career in real estate finance.
Mimi represented Brookfield Properties AZ as a commercial real estate intern for Project Destined and has previously interned at Harvard MedScience. On campus, Mimi serves on the executive board of Alpha Chi Omega sorority.
Mimi’s hobbies include video games, watching sports, and hanging out with friends. Her favorite song is Bejeweled by Taylor Swift!
Joanna Yang | '24
Co-Chief Research Officer
Joanna Yang is a senior majoring in Economics with a double minor in Business Finance and Applied Analytics. She is from Shenzhen, China. Joanna is interested in a career in Equity Research or Sales and Trading.
Joanna has numerous internship experiences at companies such as Cambridge Wilkinson, China Merchants Bank and First Shanghai Group involving areas including banking, wealth and finance, and equity research. Joanna is also a part of RISE consulting club and the Chinese student and scholar association on campus.
In her free time, Joanna likes watching tv series, cooking, and hanging out with friends.
Avery Sands | '25

Avery Sands is a junior majoring in Business Administration with minors in International Relations and Philosophy. She is from Newport Beach, CA. Avery is interested in a career in international finance.
Previously, Avery has had internships in in financial advisory and as a project controller. On campus, she is involved in Global Investment Society and BlockchainSC.
In her free time, Avery enjoys playing violin, dancing, baking, show jumping, and finding new places to explore in LA! Her current favorite song is Overcome by Nothing but Thieves.
Sarah Austin | '24
Chief Operations Officer
Sarah Austin is a senior from Newport Beach, CA, but grew up in Dubai! She is majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, as well as a minor in Applied Analytics. She is hoping to pursue a career in private equity.
Sarah has had a variety of internships so far. She was a Rotational Business Intern for McDermott International Inc in Dubai, a Business/Marketing Analytics Intern at Vyng, and a Project Controls Intern at Fluor. More recently, she was a Private Equity Intern at Oceanview Capital Partners and a Leverage and Acquisition Finance Intern at SMBC in New York City. On campus, Sarah is also involved with Marshall’s Women’s Leadership Board and the Career Advantage Program.
In her free time, Sarah loves to work out, play volleyball and basketball, hike, and thrift. Her current favorite song is Disco Nights by Wiley Beckett!
Samhita Gutta | '25
Operations Team
Samhita Gutta is a junior from Sacramento, CA, majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Applied Analytics. She is interested in a career in healthcare management, wealth management, or real estate.
In 2022, Samhita interned at Healf, an online UK healthcare company, and this past summer she was a Corporate Finance and Corporate Audit Intern at Abbott. On campus, Samhita is involved in HackSC, Global Brigades at Marshall, and the Family Business Society.
Samhita’s hobbies include baking, traveling, and going to coffee shops. Her current favorite song is See You Again, by Kali Uchis and Tyler, the Creator!
Hajer Jama | '25
Operations Team
Hajer Jama is a junior majoring in Business Administration and International Relations. She is from Lorton, VA and is interested in a career in consulting and economic investment in developing nations.
Hajer has internship experience as a KPMG Embark Scholar. She is the VP of USC’s East African Student Association, a Global Policy Institute Fellow, and a member of the Black Student Association.
Hajer’s hobbies include reading, hiking, listening to crime podcasts, drinking boba, and destination photography!
Libby Ferencik | '26
Co-Chief Development Officer
Libby Ferencik is a sophomore double majoring in Applied & Computational Math and Data Science with a minor in business finance. She is from Long Island, NY and is interested in a career in investment banking or data analytics.
Libby has been an intern at Belzberg & Co, a private wealth management firm, and at Vinson & Elkins LLC, a law firm. On campus, Libby is the treasurer of QuantSC and is also invovled in the Joint Educational Project and USC’s Math Directed Reading Program.
Libby enjoys going to the beach, trying new restaurants with friends, and hosting movie and game nights! Her current favorite song is Mastermind by Taylor Swift.
Anna Cain | '24

Anna Cain is majoring in International Relations Global Business, emphasizing in Global Finance. She is minoring in Customer Analytics. Anna is from Massachusetts and is interested in financial consulting.
Anna has experience as a Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. She is also involved in USC MOVE.
In her free time, Anna loves trying new things in LA!
Carly Halperin | '25
Chief Marketing Officer
Carly Halperin is a junior majoring in Business Administration. She is from Long Island, NY and is interested in a career in Investment Banking.
In 2022, Carly was an Day Trading Intern at Sassicaia Capital. This past summer she was a Rotational Intern at Stifel Financial Corp., gaining experience in Investment Banking, Fixed Income Capital Markets, and Equity Research. Next summer, she will be an Investment Banking Intern at TD Cowen. On campus, she is also a member of USC’s Sports Business Association and Society of Women in Law.

Alissa Huang | '26

Alissa Huang is a sophomore double majoring in Business Administration and Accounting. She was born in Orange County but grew up in Taipei, Taiwan. Alissa hopes to pursue a career in financial advisory.
This past summer, Alissa was a Deloitte Financial Advisory Intern in Taiwan. On campus, she is also involved in MOVE.

Isabelle So | ’26
Marketing Team
Isabelle So is a sophomore majoring in Global Business and International Relations. She recently transferred from New York University where she swam there. She is from Shanghai, Paris, and Danville. Isabelle is interested in a career in Investment Banking.
Previously, Isabelle has had internships in law, finance and strategy such as the International Legal Foundation, The Tenants Law Firm, and Wunderman Thompson. Currently, she is working at Vermilion Rock Advisors as an M&A Analyst.
On campus, she is involved in Greek Life (Delta Gamma), in a Business Professional Fraternity (Akapsi Alpha Zeta Chapter), Trojan Investing Society, and Global Investment Society.
In her free time, Isabelle enjoys traveling, eating, scuba diving, swimming, reading, and watching movies.
